All charges are shown at the time you place your order, and when shipping to an address in the UK, there are no extra fees or charges. Furthermore, if you ship to the United States, Canada, or a European Union (EU) country, any taxes and customs fees are paid by us, so there will be no extra payments to make when receiving your shipment. At check-out, if you find that there is no shipping option for your desired shipping address, please contact us at info@SmartRetract.co.uk and we will supply you with a shipping quote. In your correspondence, please indicate the specific items and the quantities you are looking to buy, along with the complete shipping address and your contact information.
Although we are certain that you will be 100% satisfied with your Smart Retract purchase, we would be pleased to assist you if you experience challenges with installation or any other difficulties. Very often there are straightforward solutions to common problems that can be resolved without needing to return the product. If a return is required, items that are clean, odour-free and undamaged are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products returned under these conditions will not be charged a fee for restocking. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions can be requested by emailing customer service at info@SmartRetract.co.uk. Please provide the reason for your return and include your Order ID or name and address.
We are environmentally conscious and do not insert paper receipts in our product shipments. Your Order ID can be located on your shipping label, and also on the receipt that was emailed to you when you originally placed your order.
When returning product(s), they must be shipped in the original packaging with all accompanying accessories and parts. Please also include a note with your RMA number printed on it and print the RMA number on the outside of the box.
As soon as your returned item has been received by us and inspected, we will process a credit for the purchase price through the original payment method. Typically this will be within one week of receipt of your return, and we send you an email confirming your refund.
Not including damage, or wear and tear from normal use, all Smart Retract products are warranted to be free from defects in their construction and materials for one year from the date they were purchased by the original owner.
